On 14 May 2024, MENAWET organised a full-day workshop dedicated to the protection and restoration of wetlands. The morning session introduced the main concepts and basic principles of wetland protection and restoration. Practical case studies were presented to illustrate different restoration approaches and encourage participants to compare methods, challenges and lessons learned from field experience.
